RULES

  1. The contest is open to all the boys and girls from the following kinds of schools:
    • Elementari (primary) – 6/10 years – born between 2001 and 2005
    • Medie (secondary) – 11/13 years – born betwen 1998 and 2000
  2. Partecipation is free
  3. Children must register:
    • Online, starting 1st May, 2012 to Thursday 5th July 2012 using the following form.
    • During the event starting Saturday July 7 2012 to Sunday July 8 2012 at 12:00 o’clock.
  4. Children can bring their creations during the opening hours of Saturday and Sunday morning.
  5. Only creations made exclusively by original LEGO® elements will be accepted.
    • Other materials different than original LEGO® elements (plastic, glass, paper, cloth, other) will not be accepted. Cloned elements will not be accepted.
  6. Creations must be personal and based on the child’s own fantasy and creativity
    • Original LEGO® sets will not be accepted.
  7. Creations must be finished at home.
  8. Every child can take part to the contest with 2 creations maximum.
  9. If a creation is made by more than a child, the older age will count for the age category subscription.
  10. Creations must have a “title” that cannot be changed after the registration to the contest.
  11. After the registration and the delivery of the creationa, it is not possible to make updates to them. The creations can be taken back only after the prize-giving at 5 pm on Sunday.
  12. Creations will be protected from the public.
  13. The jury will be formed by authoritative builders from ItLUG and the sponsors
    • The evaluation will take place between 2 pm and 4 pm on Sunday.
    • Prize-giving will take place on 4:30 pm on Sunday.
  14. First, second and third place will receive prizes in primary and secondary categories.
    • Prizes will be LEGO® sets.
    • Prizes will be offered by LEGO Italy.
  15. Creations must have the following maximum dimensions:
    • Primary” category – 48×48 stud (38,5 x 38,5 cm) equal to a 4186 baseplate:
      48x48
    • “Secondary” category – 64 x 64 stud (51 x 51 cm) equal to 4 3811 baseplates:
      64x64
